Canterbury Tower is seeking a qualified Controller for our Premier Retirement Community located in Tampa. This individual will manage the business office for our Retirement Community, Skilled Nursing Facility, and ALF.

Key Responsibilities: 

Supervise, hire & train business office staff

Prepare & analyze financial statements

Ensure compliance with Medicare billing and regulations

Budget preparation

Payroll, AP, AR, Collections

Filing with Office of Insurance Regulation

Bachelor's degree preferred; or 2 years related experience. Strong knowledge of Medicare billing & regulations. Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy & efficiency. Excellent communication & organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task.
